Where and what are you buying/selling these days?

Just curious...do you guys buy from brick & mortar stores, online, Craigslist, ebay? Are you trading in/up for your new gear? If you're selling online, have you found prices to be dissapointing? Getting what you feel is the gear's true value $$$ ? Are you keeping your "vintage" gear? You know, the 20 year old synth that's been sitting in the closet all these years. Or the beater Tele that you just can't seem to part with. Any buying experiences that need to be told?

More online stores and ebay, I've been disappointed with bricks and mortar on my last 2 purchases. I would prefer the old store and I really like to play a guitar before I buy, but last 2 accessories were online. Local store could not get me an ebow, said it would probably be a couple months. I got it online in less than a week. Then wanted an MXR eq pedal. Big city store (GC) quoted a price I did not want to pay. Checked online (same company, MF) and it was 20 dollars less than salesman at GC quoted. Got it online.

About old gear, I have an Ensoniq Mirage and a Roland MT32 that I think should be worth something, but the market disagrees. Oh well, maybe in another 10 years... Probably not. I don't think there is anything they can do that current machines can't, so just as I'd rather trade these in on a new synth, so would everyone else!
